I tried to pair with my iPhone 5s, but it said "Failed to initiate pairing process. Please check Bluetooth Controller in your computer. Error Code: 13". I am using windows 10 pro. My bluetooth connectivity is fine otherwise. I do not know if it is related, but after installing Across Center, my bluetooth radio does not start automatically on startup. Please help. Thanks, J.
Hi Joaquim da Fonseca, Please check if a Bluetooth software is installed in your computer by referring Q1.3 from the FAQ-page. If a Bluetooth software is installed in your PC, please try to pair after removing the software.
