Hi, Edmund, In what OS? Windows, Linux, or macOS? If it is Windows, Error Code 2 means an initial basic Bluetooth controller configuration error. It can be either 1) Bluetooth Support Service is not running. Search "Services" in Windows Search and run the "Services" app. Check if "Bluetooth Support Service" is running. If it is not running, run the service and rerun our app. 2) Poor quality Bluetooth controller.
