problem with across client and bluetooth 5.2 usb module

hello, I installed across client on my devices, but unfortunately, on my main pc it doesn't want to know to work, bluetooth goes completely to hell, across client crashes mind in my mobile and in my laptop it works properly

BT main PC: Tplink UB500 v1 (not working)
BT secondary PC: TPlink UB400 v1 (working fine)
BT phone: samsung a20e (BT v5.0)


all system; all drivers; all apps are up to date!

As mentioned in other threads -- What's the ideal Bluetooth chipset for Across Center?, our app would not work for RealTek or MediaTek chipsets. UB500 might be based on a RealTek chipset -- https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=368114.

 

Hi, thanks for reply me, I saw the thread but it is related to a Linux system, while I have 2 Windows systems on which one with the problem, on mobile and the other PC I have no problem

 

Sorry about the confusion. According to the linuxmint forum thread, UB500 may be based on a RealTek chipset. In Windows, our app would not work for RealTek or MediaTek chipset.

 

In the other PC I have previous TP Link UB400 (realtek chip) and working perfectly

 

No, UB400 would have a CSR chipset.

 

Please google with "UB400 chipset".
