Hi, I've noticed that from time to time the configured hotkeys to switch the focus from my Windows computer to my Android phone stops working. To make the configured keys work again I do the following: 1. go to: Across Center > Keyboard Hotkey 2. change the setting "Switch the Keyboard/mouse input between smart devices by simultaneously pressing the keys below" from: Left and Right <Shift>-Key to: Left and Right <Windows>-Key 3. click Apply 4. change the setting "Switch the Keyboard/mouse input between smart devices by simultaneously pressing the keys below" from: Left and Right <Windows>-Key back to: Left and Right <Shift>-Key 5. click Apply After this procedure everything seems to go back to normal. I wasn't able to identify what is the initial cause for such behaviour.
I have this question too.When thirty minutes passed, the hotkey doesn't work. only Apply the hotkey can solve it and after thirty minutes the problem appear again.Please figure out the problem of 2.22 version.
And I get the lifetime license tonight ,I find bluetooth is normal but problem still happened. PLEASE HELP US!!!

Same problem here, shortcut stop working after my laptop woke from sleep. Need switching shortcut to make it work again.
