Hi there, I meet the error code 7 while enable pairing with Windows 10. The BT dongle use windows inbox driver and every bluetooth function works with Bluetooth setting in windows. But when use Across center mode, it failed to start pairing even i could find the device with my android phone. Following is the screenshot of device manager. How could i solve this problem? Thanks.
Hi, R u using two BT adapters (Generic Bluetooth Adapter, Intel Wireless Bluetooth)? I recommend to remove the two adapters in Device Manager, and then install the Intel Bluetooth driver available on the Intel site. Thanks.
Hi Seungjin, I think my Intel BT dongle (in the laptop)is broken and no longer to connect the BT device event i re-install the driver. So i bought a new BT dongle. Is there no way to support this kind of situation? Thanks.
In Device Manager, disable the Intel BT adapter and plug the new BT dongle in your PC without installing its accompanied software. If the new dongle would use a RealTek or MediaTek chipset, it would not work for our app. Broadcom or CSR chipset based BT dongle is recommended. Thank you.
