Hi - I am having to reactivate my license at least once a day. The product works for a while, then I notice some letters on the keyboard stop working - which I now know means I have to go into Across Center and reactive the license. I copy/paste and activate and all is well until the next day. As you can see in the image - when I go in to the form my license is right there (blurred) and I just copy/paste and move on. But I would rather not have to do that once a day.
Hi, HiroMike, Sorry about the problem. Because this license management solution is a third-party solution, I'm not sure what causes the problem. From my experience, I have the same case in that: 1. my PC has multiple Windows and Linux. 2. Booting with Windows after using Linux, the same symptom as yours occurs. Is this your case?
This might make sense! I had to sync my time yesterday as it seemed off. I’ll monitor - perhaps this was it!!!
Unfortunately I have to report - it happened again. The time is sync'd since yesterday. This problem started happening after I asked you to deactivate my license from my previous machine for me on your end.
1. Is your PC connected to the internet? 2. Is your PC system clock correct in the time zone setting and time? 3. What do you mean that you sync'd the time?
Hi - I am not seeing where to deactivate this on my own - apologies - how do I do this? This is what I see when I start my laptop in the morning. It works for a while, and then eventually I have to activate it again.
Hi, Once you have activated your key, you can see the deactivation button in the "License Deactivation" area. Regarding the Error Code 28, please enable all network adapters on your PC and try to activate your key. I think your problem would come from this scenario:1) You activated your key using network1 (e.g., wired network), 2) You are using your PC using network2 (e.g., wireless network). Is it your case? Thanks.
I have no disabled adapters. I often switch from wifi only to three different ethernet adapters - since my laptop only has usbc ports to connect to ethernet via a hub. I have three locations and three different hubs. I am typing this message on wifi. The error trying to enable the license is the same. There is nothing disabled that I can see. Any change you can try resetting the license for me on your end and then I can try to enable it again using only WiFi? Otherwise I am not sure what I can do. This all started when I asked you to reset the license on your end a few weeks ago when I got a new machine. Now it has gone from having to activate every day to not being able to activate at all.
Please try to change the usb-c port of ethernet to other ports. Whenever you switch to a port, try to activate your key until success.
Ok - but I am on WiFi now, and the error is the same. In my list of adapters there is no Ethernet adapter listed at the moment, because I am not connected to a hub.
