CONNECTION UNSUCCESSFUL Make sure PC is turned on and in range

    Trying to connect an iPhone 12 to my PC. Below are the steps that I've taken without success...

    1. Open Across Center and click the ADD button under Bluetooth Pairing.
    2. Click on the name of my PC on my iPhone.
    3. Get the pop up on the PC asking if the code on my PC matches my phone, I click YES.
    4. The name of my PC jumps to the MY DEVICES section on my iPhone but the wheel to the right just keeps spinning for a few seconds before I get the error message.... CONNECTION UNSUCCESSFUL Make sure PC is turned on and in range.

    Side note; At no time do I have any phone icons on the Across interface.

    Any help is appreciated.
