    Hello,

Thanks for your purchase and sorry to hear the problem.

Can you remember when the problem would occur? We have already been reported from one user that Bluetooth adapter driver would get an error during wake-up from PC sleep. Does your problem occur after wake-up from PC sleep?

I'm afraid that your issue would not be resolved easily and then no problem in refunding your order at all.

Would you please give me some more information such as reproduction environment? Does the issue always occur on your side? I am using MS edge but have never met any issue related with across. Anyway we will investigate it further.

    Hi,

ok it's definitely the clipboard which seems to not work, as soon as the program is running I can't use the clipboard on either device (not crossing clipboard contents, talking abt the same device). Problem occurs at any point, as soon as across is running, clipboard is not working and edge doesn't seem to like that (I strongly assume edge is a symptom & not the root problem)

    thanks

    Thanks for the answer.
Are you using other clipboard sync application along with across?
I'm guessing that across and the possible clipboard sync application make an infinite-loop sync operation between PCs like this:
    1. Text copy in A-PC will be reflected to B-PC by both across and the other sync app.
    2. Both across and the other sync app in B-PC will detect that clipboard text has been changed, since clipboard text has been changed by the other app (the other sync app for across / across for the other sync app). This text change will make both across and the other app reflect it to A-PC.
    3. Both across and the other sync app in A-PC will detect ...

The above step 2 & 3 will go into an infinite loop and I think both computer will crash.

If it's your problem, please disable clipboard text sync by unchecking "Synchronize clipboard text" checkbox in the "Client Device Settings" dialog in "Across Center" in "Across Server" PC.

Hi, no this is not the case. But let's focus on the disconnection problem, which is way more annoying.

So the Bluetooth stays connected, and it's occurring independent of sleep, or any other pattern I have been observing so far. If I go to the across center, and toggle "Across Operation", on and off that solves the problem for the moment, but it's annoying since this toggling on and off is really cumbersome.

No other reports of this problem?

Thanks for the answer. If you are using wifi, wifi connection could interfere with Bluetooth signal. So please try wired network connection to clarify the reason.

If you can easily select and change wifi band to 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz on which Bluetooth works too, it could be way better solution.
