Cannot Deactivate License [Solved]

Good Evening,

I recently upgraded my Desktop PC including the motherboard, ram, cpu, and gpu, and upgraded the OS from windows 10 to windows 11, but forgot to deactivate my license for across beforehand. I've tried deactivating it in offline mode with the ActivationRequest.xml, but just get the message that the license has been activated the maximum number of times, and to buy more. Is there some way I can get the license disentangled from my pre-upgrade PC so I can use across on it now that it's been upgraded?

I'll try to be more careful about deactivating the license on my end ahead of time next time, really appreciate the quick response!
