Windows 10 1809 Update Issue

    Sadly, Windows 10 1809 Update has broken Across (Server mode only). Right now we are rewriting all our codes cleanly and then need some time to fix it and release the new version.

    In the mean time, we have two options to use Across:
    OPTION1: Rollback to the previous Windows version
    You are able to revert Windows 10 to the previous Windows version by referring to the following site:

    OPTION2: Use the previous Across version - V1.30 (Across V2 (pro) is not available)
    Across for Windows
    Across for macOS
    Across Client for android
    We will do our best to release the next version at the earliest.

    I was able to make V1.30 work temporarily with the updated Windows 10 version 1809. However, upon activating my Product Key, I was prompted - Error Occurred. (Error Code: 5). Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi, Kneelo Baguio,

    Sorry about the problem. We have to deactivate your product key from our side.
    You are using 2 keys starting with 95~ and BR~, respectively. Please let me know which one is in trouble.

    I am having the a similar problem with the error of : Error Occurred. (Error Code: 1) the device is connecting and working. However, I can't activate the license.

    Hello! The ones starting with 95 is for my laptop which has the Error 5. This is the installation that I’ve temporarily downgraded to version 1.3 to resolve the concern on the Windows 10 1809 upgrade. This is always used in a Server Mode.

    The ones starting with BR for my office PC has no problem since I did not downgrade it to 1.3 as I mostly use it in a Client Mode. It is still in version 2.00 beta2.c.
