In the Across Center UI, under the configuration menu is an option to turn "Auto-Lock" on or off for mouse or keyboard. What is Auto-lock?
Hello, Nolan, A user could want to turn off a client mobile device (ios or android phone/tablet) screen automatically during switching input focus back to the server computer. The feature is to meet the needs. If you check the keyboard/mouse hotkey from the menu, your client device screen turns off by pressing the hotkey during switching input focus back to the server computer. For your information, on old versions of iOS, input focus switch to an iOS device turns on its screen. But sadly, we can't do that on recent versions of iOS. I mean we have to turn its screen on by pressing the physical home or power button each time.
