Windows 11, error code 5

I just renewed my license and it wont activate in my machine running on Windows 11

error code 5

need to get it working by tomorrow. Hope you can help

My license is doing this today as well. I just changed PCs, and I definately deactivated my license on the old PC before I got rid of it. Can I get some help?
