Windows 11 and iPad Pro M4 -- UNABLE TO PAIR

    Hello,

I have 3 Windows PCs and 2 iPad Pros (new 2024 M4) and 2 iPhones (12/14 Pro) and I have not been able to get ANY of the combination of these devices to work with this software.

All 3 Windows PCs have an INTEL bluetooth chipset.

Every single time the iOS device sees the device and when I click to pair it spins and finally says it is unable to connect. The Across software thinks the pairing was successful and I get the window to choose an icon but it never gets connected after this.

    Please help.

    Thanks.

    Hey, Son,

You have to assign the icon to the "Client Devices Layout" and then click it to initiate Bluetooth connection. Did you?
