After i installed acrosscenter, restarted my pc my mouse and keyboard keep disconnecting after i turn on my pc they work like 5 seconds, but after there is windows fully loaded they stopping working, even when i reconnect it. I have win11
Can you tell us exactly your set up? Are you trying to connect to a work laptop or a laptop that have specific security policies in place?
