Hi. I tried to install the software to test out but the installation never completes. The progress bar almost makes it to the end and then goes back to the left and then shows this message. is there a log file that I can look to see what is making the installation fail. Thanks
Hi, Please try to remove "Visual C++ Redistributable" in "Programs and Features" from Control Panel and install again its latest version by googling "Visual C++ Redistributable". And then try to install our app. Thanks.
