    Hi there.

I recently got a Logitech G900. It has trouble connecting when either my server or client boot up. I get [HID] Not Connected, [RFCOMM] Connected. This is only ever fixed by unpairing and repairing.

Also when I have the mouse set to a polling rate of 1000, it gets totally laggy and slow when I cross over to the other screen.

Both computers are MacOS Sierra 10.12.6

Any solutions for these issues? Thank you.

    Hi Gohmn,

    Welcome to Across Center.

Are you using Bootcamp Windows between each booting of your Mac?

Regarding the polling rate, Bluetooth communication speed is not so fast to support high-speed data transmission. Bluetooth technology only supports polling rate up to maximum of 125Hz. Therefore please lower polling rate to 125Hz during using Across. If you are using Across v2.beta, please use network to input keyboard/mouse data for the high polling rate.

Switching to the beta + network worked. Still smoother than sharemouse. Thank you!
