I recently changed my laptop and i am trying to activate my Across licence on my new computer. When i try to activate it i receive an "Error 28" i tried to make an offline ativation and i have an "Error 1" For the error 28 i saw a previous post that said the error was due to a network adapter not enable. I checked on my laptop, every network adapter are enabled. Thanks for your help.
Hi, Please try to follow the below steps: 1. Exit the AcrossCenter by clicking the "Exit" from the system tray menu or clicking the "Mode" > "Exit" from the main menu. 2. Download the following zip file: https://download.acrosscenter.com/tmp/TA.zip and unzip the downloaded file. 3. Run the TurboActivate.exe and try to activate your key in it. 4. Run AcrossCenter again. Thank you.
I should have asked before running the executable. What exactly does it do? After each startup, my network adapters are disabled; I have to re-enable them manually.
You can activate (and deactivate) your key using the executable. Do you mean each running TurboActivate.exe or each PC startup?
