hi can any one help me on how to fix my pairing problem because when i try to do the pairing process it will show error code 15 thank you.
hello update on my issue i already paired my device but now my problem is i cannot connect or make the device online for me to use the across app. And also when i press pairing again with my device in the assigned position it shows me error code 17. thank you again
Hello Ic3, Is the Across Client installed on the client device? If not, please try to connect Across to the client device like the below picture. I hope it helps.
Also please check if "Bluetooth Support Service" is running by referring to this site: http://computerstepbystep.com/bluetooth_support_service.html If "Bluetooth Support Service" is not running in your PC, please try to start it.
