Copy and Paste between multiple devices

Hi, I just purchased the license for 1 PC.

I activated it on my main PC, and then installed on another Work Laptop.

Now, I can use both my keyboard and mouse properly on both devices.

However, the Copy&Paste only works from my PC to Laptop, but not from Laptop to my PC.

Is there a problem? or how should I get it working?

    Thanks

    Hello Cookies,

    Thanks for your purchase.
Are you sure that you are trying to copy text?
Please reboot both PCs and see if the problem still occur.

Please try to copy text in Notepad on both PCs. I have never experienced or been reported any problems in copying text.

No it still didn't work. I used notepad.

Ok, I think now the question is:

Do I need to do anything on the Client side (Laptop) ? Like activate it with the same license? and pair again with my server?

The reason I thought so is because now my PC is in server mode, so any copy & paste FROM PC will be listen and transfer to Client side?

And my client probably doesn't have server to listen for the copy actions? or the client side is being blocked? due to firewall?

Please just let me know anything else I can provide for you to debug.

    Thanks.

    Please test following 2 situations:
    1. Remove Bluetooth pairing on both PCs and pair them again. Then see if the problem occur.
    2. If the previous case wouldn't work, remove Bluetooth pairing on both PCs and then switch roles between server and client. And pair both PCs and see how it works.
