I don't know if it is related, but after the overnight update, Bluetooth Pairing is always OFF. Since then I bought a license but can't apply it either, as it returns error code 1. When I tried the software yesterday, it was working properly. I have tried uninstalling and installing again to no avail. Please advice.
Hi aadfPT, Thanks for your purchase and sorry to hear that. Please try to reinstall (i.e. remove and then install again) both the active network adapter driver and the Bluetooth adapter driver. The following site could be informative: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc725782(v=ws.11).aspx For your reference, my Win10 (Anniversary updated) doesn't have any issue until now.
Hi Lee, the problem seems to be caused by having two bluetooth devices. i currently have the builtin one disabled in device manager, and another pci one enabled. For some reason your app is bound to the disabled device, hence why it shows as off. Can you please update the application so that it uses whichever device is enabled? I also found a typo, if you go to the menu bar and click 'Mode', then 'Switch to client mode' is misspelled in Switch.
Have you enabled and disabled the Bluetooth adapters manually by yourself? Thanks. You have keen eyes. Have you tried to activate your product key? I have found your product key is not activated yet.
