I'm currently on 2.11 and wanted to test out some of the new features. However, even if I do a complete uninstall of 2.11 and install 2.22, 2.22 consistently crashes on server startup. If started in client mode there are no issues. In the meantime I've reverted back to 2.11. My license expires in about a week. Will the new licenses work on the 2.11 license manager or do they only work with 2.22?
Hi, Jeremy, I think you'd be saying "across for macOS". Right? If yes, I think you may be experiencing the Q2.2 mentioned in our FAQ page. Please try to remove the existing Across Center.app and add the new version again. The new license only works on the 2.22. So, please fix the problem. I think the above configuration can fix it. Also, v2.22 is much more stable than 2.11. Thank you.
