Windows 10's Bluetooth Settings getting in the way of Across Center

I have reinstalled Windows 10 Enterprise (Version 1511, OS Build 10586.63) I have re-installed Across Server 1.03a. When I try to pair using he Across Center to my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, it starts the process, I get the matching key, and after I accept it and it appears to be working, Windows issues another key and pairing request which seems to interfere with the original request from the Across Center. I have tried turning bluetooth off and back on, but I can't get it to connect long enough to configure it.

    Hi JJB,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try to pair again after rebooting both devices.

I've tried rebooting in different sequences, removing the device, adding the device and it seems like Windows 10 wants to fight with the Across Server constantly.

    Thanks,

I have been thinking about your problem but failed to find any possible reason. I recommend you try to reinstall Windows 10. Sorry about that.

If you have resolved the issue, please leave your comments on how you have fixed it. It will help us improve Across.
    Thank you.
