2 macbook pros, they bluetooth connect, moving mouse from server to client enacts the arrow symbol on server, and on client the mouse appears but never moves. The mouse comes back to server with no problem, but no motion is ever observed on client. Any ideas? The bluetooth shows connected on both sides. I have to set the mouse mode to Absolute or the moused never comes back from the client.

Thanks for your help and such a reasonably priced product.

    Hello DAN NEWLON,

Thanks for your interest in our across. :)

Please remove the partner device in "Bluetooth in System Preferences" in both MBPs and try to pair them again.

If you still have the problem, please give it a try on both Mac's:
    1. Remove all BT devices pairing and run the following commands in Terminal (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal).
    2. sudo rm -f /Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist*
    3. sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.blued.plist
    4. sudo rm -f /var/root/Library/Preferences/blued.plist*
    5. sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.blued.plist
    6. reboot your Mac.
