    Hi

It may not be an Across issue but it does not hurt to ask.

I installed Across in 2 iMac 27" machines. Set the one as a server and the other as a client, the tried looking for Bluetooth devices on the client machine by clicking the "add" button on the server.

Checking for the Bluetooth devices on the client yields nothing. I can see the server machine as a whole but not the keyboard or mouse.

    Any advice?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi, Sean van der Sluis,

Please unpair the server if already paired and then try to pair them again. It's okay to pair the server even though it doesn't appear as a keyboard.
    Hope it helps.
    Thanks.

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply.

I thought I had to look for the mouse and keyboard individually.

Anyway, they are connected now, but only the mouse moves over to the other screen. It registered the keyboard, not all the keys are working? It is not responding to Q, W, E, I, O & P.

    Any advice on that problem?
