Some context - I run a macOS server with a PC client connected. Generally speaking, it seems that copy paste (for text only) seems to mostly work when I copy from the PC and paste on the mac, however very often it seems like copy from the mac, does not paste into the PC. I can't reliably reproduce it. Sometimes I have to copy many times, sometimes I can't seem to get it to work at all. Generally speaking I copy via command c and paste in windows via control v for context.
Hey Amadeus, I remember the symptom was there, and concluded it came from the limitation of macOS itself at that time. However, I will check it again soon. Thanks for the report.
