Hello. I used across center before license expired(on 04 08). But I can't activate across center after expand the license. I purchased today and I cannot activate it. I'm using across center in my office, and it has firewall and proxy. but it works on last year. So could you help for error code 35? I can't find any information on this community. Thanks.

So, I recommend to use the offline activation as a last resort.
