Both links are dead - "This site can’t be reached". https://d1wm8svvmc69b2.cloudfront.net/across-linux-x86_64-2_10.tar.gz https://d1wm8svvmc69b2.cloudfront.net/across-linux-x86-2_10.tar.gz Thanks
Is theres a reason this hasnt been fixed after 10 days? Was the linux version pulled out on purpose, because it doesnt work?
Hi, Tobias, Really sorry about the confusion. We needed to add a license manager as mentioned in this posting (https://community.acrosscenter.com/index.php?threads/we-made-a-wrong-choice.341/), and to localize across with several languages. Now you can download the version 2.11 in our download page. We need to add the new product in our store. Therefore, please use the following temporary product key in the mean time. Temporary Product Key: PSG5-QN4F-D4GY-DPTN-H8F6-JQ9G-A6TA If you are a paid user, we will provide a 3-year license as I promised. Thank you.
Thanks for fixing the links. After a successful installation Im unable to activate "Switch to Server Mode". Im trying to achieve a surface-ipad scenario. I doesnt ask for the product key nowhere on the way. Thanks.
sudo killall -9 acrossd or Try to reboot your PC. The product key will be required in the Across Server mode only.
Full restart helped. Switching to server mode, adding the license key and pairing worked. What doesnt work is that iOS doesnt show the surface as a connected device. Newest iPadOS. Edit: The surface device, after pairing, doesnt show on the bluetooth list at all (connected or not, its not listed).
In case you need it, heres relevant `lshw` output: Code: *-usb:1 description: Bluetooth wireless interface product: Bluetooth and Wireless LAN Composite Device vendor: Marvell physical id: 5 bus info: usb@1:5 version: 32.01 serial: 0000000000000000 capabilities: bluetooth usb-2.00 configuration: driver=btusb maxpower=500mA speed=480Mbit/s Same ipad works well with across on macos. I would love to buy a license if this thing worked. ATM Im using a physical switch (usb spliter). Thx.
