I'm Michele from Italy, my licence is ending on 27/mar/2020 so there are only 5 days remaining; i tried to renew for one year but i receive an error message: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unable to extend license: The product key may not be valid, or you don't have to extend your license right now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- i copy/past the licence code from the Across License Manager so the code is correct; what should i do? regards Michele Gabriele Ancona - Italy
Hi, Michele, As I said before, our license policy changed to "Pay What You Want". From version 2.10, our app does not have any limitation measures. Please update across to v2.10 and pay any amount you want. If you are unable to find the new version or the payment button in our download page, please reload the page or clear history caches of your web-browser. Hope it helps.
