    Hello from Norway.

    I bought Across last year.
Have not used it - had some trouble with bluetooth back then.

Now I wanted to try again, but now I got a problem installing Across Server on Windows.

I tried uninstalling Visual C++ 2017 runtime and let Across install it. That did not solve the problem.

Then I learned that Microsoft now has a common "package" for 2015/2017/2019.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

When installation continue: "Across is beeing installed, please wait" I get an error (Norwegian text) - "Systemet kan ikke finne den angitte filen eller enheten".
Do you have any advice/suggestion ?

    I am running Windows 10, 1903 x64, english/us.
    Recently installed.

On another computer with "many dozens of programs installed" - 3-4 years old installation,
the Across Server installed just fine. I will try on a couple more.

    Thanks for any suggestion.

    Hi, Stein,

Sorry. You are the first user reported the problem.
Please google with msi "system cannot find the specified file or device" and try some solutions on the first results page.
