Hello, I purchased an OSX license yesterday but haven't been able to activate it. Copy-pasted the code into the product key field. When I hit activate, it returns "Error occurred. (Error Code: 15)" I've tried enabling/disabling the client, quitting and restarting the app, and rebooting the computer. As of this morning, it's still failing. Any thoughts? Thanks
Hello, tstoltz, Sorry for the problem. Please try this: 1. Open Terminal (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal) 2. Input "sudo /usr/local/sbin/acrossd -init_license" in Terminal 3. Finally try to activate your product key.
